Robert Started his Market Research career in 2001 with Marketing and Research Associates in Sydney Australia. He has been in Vietnam since 2008 during which period he was a Research Director for a regional research company. In both positions he worked extensively on large quantitative and qualitative studies, for a number of global clients. Robert’s project experience is within the banking, FMCG, automotive, Health care and telecommunications industry to name just a few.
John heads business development and works with clients to assess their business issues and to provide better solutions. His focus on data- and evidence-business solutions and regional experience within market research and consulting is another pillar in our “quality first” offer. From large-scale consumer insights projects to B2B research design, John is taking N-equals forward with his experience and problem solving expertise. His broad experience regionally and within Vietnam markets has been tested in FMCG (food to beverage to personal care), retail banking, telecommunications and mobile, healthcare, consumer durables, supply chain, automotive, and public opinion. This all helps N-Equals bridge the gap for global and local clients who want the best from their research investment.
Giang has been working in market research for more than 9 years with a focus on both qualitative and quantitative studies. She has a diverse experience in different industries especially FMCG, as well as experience in many types of market research studies such as product development, brand health, tracking studies and others. Giang also handled several qualitative projects and conducts many in-depth interviews too. Her strengths are project management, analyzing data and reporting survey results.
Thuong started her market research career in 2010 working predominantly on Qualitative projects. She soon moved to Nielsen Vietnam where she became a Quantitative Research Executive. In 2015 she started working for a local FMCG and retail group as the consumer insights manager. In 2017 Thuong joined N-equals and is looking after both qualitative and quantitative projects.
Hien has over 18 years experience in Market Research data collection. She started her career managing fieldwork at AC Nielsen, where she worked on a diverse range of Qualitative and Quantitative projects. In 2005 Hien became the Fieldwork Manager at Indochina Research. In 2011 She started work with N-equals and has since managed over 500 projects. Hien is one of the most experienced Market Research Operations managers in Vietnam.
Tien has over 15 years’ experience in data processing as a Data Analytic Senior Executive with a regional research firm. She ensures that all issues concerning data validity arising from DP and analysis are effectively resolved with researchers and clients. Tien has advanced general analytical & statistical analysis skills, in addition to being very skilled with SurveyToGo, Surveycraft, Radar, SPSS, Gizmo and Qualtrics.
